Пришла замена. Я провел собеседование. Весьма впечатляюще: опыта в техплане даже больше чем у меня. И почему я всегда пропускаю такие кадры?
Проблема в том что он гордо заявил, что пока оформления на работу нет, работать он также не будет. А это большая проблема: старший администратор ну никак не согласится принять человека который не захочет попробовать поработать.

Гордый человек, который был отсеян сегодня: великий закрыватель дверей... Ведь видно что организация большая, а методы работы ортодоксальны (или нет). Почему бы не дать шанса организации?! Нет, нужно проявить упрямость и упустить возможность.
